His eight years in office were often tumultuous, but never boring! Our 43rd President was never guided by polls or popularity contests. He did what he thought was right for the United States. There were many who disagreed with him and remain opposed to his decisions to this day. History has yet to render a verdict on President Bush’s vision for a free, democratic Middle East. This much we do know; we will rarely see such raw optimism in the human spirit exhibited by an American President as we saw demonstrated by George W Bush.
